Gaspereau Traditional Method Cuvée Brut
Nova Scotia’s climate is naturally suited to produce well-balanced and terroir-driven Traditional Method sparkling. Gaspereau Vineyards Non-vintage sparkling Cuvée is a blend of Vidal and Petite Milo, both grown on our estate along with a touch of Frontenac Gris. The wine expresses a fresh and mineral-driven nose of apple and citrus with an underlying complexity from the 2.5 years of lees contact while the bottles were in tirage. This brut sparkling has a mousse that is appropriately mouth-filling and with refreshing notes of apple and minerality on the mid-palate and a medium length finish.
